For over a year we became hesitant in picking a roofing company due to the stories we heard from others. We were in the process of putting the house on the market and realized we had some pretty bad hail damage to both the roof and our fence. We contacted Jack with Accountable Restorations on the advice of a friend. To say Jack was extremely easy to work with is putting it mildly....he was amazing!! When our house received a contract much quicker than anticipated - with the condition that the roof and fence were both repaired - I was in a bit of a panic mode because we had 10 days to get it all done and the weather was not exactly cooperating for a roof replacement. Jack and his crew were amazing...they had the roof replacement handled within our time frame even though it meant more work for them to ensure the roof stayed dry during the process!! They were also able to get the fence stained and it looked brand new! Accountable Restorations - 1 / Mother Nature - 0. I will never use another roofing company....their quality of work and professionalism cannot be surpassed!!

Devin was very helpful and treated my house as if it was his own. He was the only roofer that inspected my attic and realized that my A/C line was too close to my decking. If not for him, the roofers may have punctured my A/C line causing me to be without A/C in August! I had a few other Roofing companies come out and not one of them even looked in my attic. Devin first came out and did a free inspection, determined there was hail, and then advised me to call my insurance company. He then came out and met my insurance adjuster to insure he didn't miss any damages. When my paperwork came in from my insurance company, he and I went over it and he realized that they had missed some items (I wasn't too surprised). Devin was on top of it. He made sure that my insurance company did not cut any corners and that I was treated fairly. His crew was very professional finished in one day! I have since referred Accountable Roofing to all my friends and family that need a good/honest roofer and they are all just as happy.
